We offer a special set of add-ons you can use when roaming in the United States with one service or a combination. All U.S. Roaming add-ons will last 15 days. This 15-day period begins when you pay for the add-on and ends 15 days later at 11:59PM ET.

Important: As of February 22nd, 2022, some United States (U.S) carriers will begin turning down certain 3G/HSPA networks in the U.S. As a result, some customers using U.S. roaming add-ons may be impacted by differences in coverage or service quality (including 9-1-1 calls) when roaming in the U.S. Please note that this is especially relevant for Alaska, which is considered an HSPA blackout zone. Roaming services in Alaska require a VoLTE-capable device for voice calling features to function. To avoid service disruptions, ensure that you are connected to the VoLTE network when you roam. Learn more about VoLTE here. This shutdown will not impact your service in Canada.

Below are some important things you should know about U.S. Roaming add-ons:

• We’ve partnered with AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile to provide you with fantastic coverage. Your U.S. coverage will include all 50 states (including Puerto Rico and the U.S Virgin Islands), but please note that service in Alaska is available only to VoLTE-capable devices. • If you want to purchase two of the same U.S. Roaming Add-Ons, you must wait for the first 15-day period to expire before purchasing the second. For additional assistance, select the chat icon on this page. If needed, the chatbot will guide you through submitting a ticket to a Customer Support Agent.
• If you purchase 2 different U.S. Roaming Add-Ons, they will expire separately. For example:
  • You purchase a U.S Roaming Talk, Text, Data Add-On on Day 1 of your subscription. It will expire on Day 15
  • On Day 6 of your subscription, you purchase a 1 GB U.S. Roaming Data Add-On. It will expire on Day 20
• You cannot have two of the same roaming add-on on your account at once

When you’re roaming, you can still access the internet with a Wi-Fi connection, which won’t deplete your data add-on.
