How do I get my pictures and audio file from my phone onto my computer?
Answer
If you have a data phone and subscribe to the data or email feature, you can send picture or audio files via email and retrieve the email from your computer.
If your phone supports expandable memory, you can transfer files using a micro SD card.
You can also transfer files using Bluetooth. Refer to your phone’s user guide for more information.
Travelling outside the Public Mobile unlimited coverage or roaming coverage area with your phone on will shorten the battery life.
Long voice calls, enabling Bluetooth connectivity, using Bluetooth devices continuously, setting the handset screen to bright or continuously on, playing music, taking pictures, and being outside of the unlimited and roaming coverage area can all cause the battery to drain at a faster rate.
If you have a data phone and frequently use data services such as web browsing and email, your battery may also drain faster than usual.
To reduce the rate of battery drain customers can turn off the Bluetooth setting when not in use, turn off the handset while outside of unlimited and roaming coverage, and reduce screen and keypad brightness.
