Question Why am I experiencing short battery life?
Answer Travelling outside the Public Mobile unlimited coverage or roaming coverage area with your phone on will shorten the battery life.

Long voice calls, enabling Bluetooth connectivity, using Bluetooth devices continuously, setting the handset screen to bright or continuously on, playing music, taking pictures, and being outside of the unlimited and roaming coverage area can all cause the battery to drain at a faster rate.

If you have a data phone and frequently use data services such as web browsing and email, your battery may also drain faster than usual.

To reduce the rate of battery drain customers can turn off the Bluetooth setting when not in use, turn off the handset while outside of unlimited and roaming coverage, and reduce screen and keypad brightness.
