Return and Warranty Policy

Please call us at 1-855-4PUBLIC in the event that your phone is lost or stolen.

If your phone malfunctions within 25 days of purchase
  • Bring your phone to the closest Public Mobile authorized warranty service center for inspection. If it is determined to be defective within 25 days of purchase, you will receive a New ‘Like for Like’ phone replacement.
  • The phone must be returned to the authorized warranty service center accompanying a sales receipt and all original packaging and accessories.
  • The warranty will only apply if the handset does not show any signs of abuse, including detected water damage. Signs of abuse include cracked external screen, dents due to dropping the phone, internal cracks in the LED and missing port doors. Any detected signs of abuse, automatically VOIDS the manufacturer’s warranty.
If your phone malfunctions more than 25 days after purchase and less than 365 days.
  • Bring your phone to the closest Public Mobile authorized warranty service center near you for inspection and possible replacement.
  • The phone must be returned to the authorized warranty service center accompanying a sales receipt, battery and charger.
  • If the phone is determined to be defective within 12 months of purchase, you may receive a "Like for Like" refurbished replacement phone.
  • The warranty will only apply if the handset does not show any signs of abuse, including detected water damage. Signs of abuse include cracked external screen, dents due to dropping the phone and internal cracks in the LED and missing port doors. Any sign of abuse automatically VOID’s the manufacturer’s warranty.
