Refund Policy

We hope you’re very happy with your Public Mobile service. But if for any reason you’re not, just contact us and we’ll try to make it right. If within 7 days of purchase you want to return your phone, you can get a full refund.
  • Original sales receipt must be included.
  • Phone must be in brand-new condition with all original packaging and literature.
  • Phone must not have more than 30 minutes usage.
  • Sorry – headsets, earbuds and Bluetooth accessories are non-returnable for hygienic reasons.
